There are only 16 homes, and all but two of them face the water, with beautiful views from nice decks or screened in porches. A great place for evening relaxation, dinner or breakfast with a view, and a nice walking neighborhood.
The average age of the Hamilton’s Landing home is nine years. In the last five years, six homes have sold, at an average price of $173,750. Home Owners Association fees are $160 per month.
